From Delay to Doing: Busayo’s Breakthrough

What kept me consistent this month was the Accountability Accelerator Program itself; the push, encouragement, follow-ups, timely updates, and feedback. I was also motivated by the outcome I desired, believing that staying consistent would make the result worthwhile. The program has been a huge experience for me. It even made me closer to my email, as I always had updates or information coming from Coach, keeping me alert and engaged.

My biggest win this month is completing my School Health Program. I’ve wanted to do this for a long time, but something always held me back. Achieving it now makes me feel happy and fulfilled.

For anyone joining this program, you must be ready. If you aren’t, it may feel like you’re being pushed to do what you already want for yourself. What motivated me this month was the need for a structure to stay consistent and disciplined. For much of this year, I’d been so immersed in work and service that I hadn’t made space for my own growth. I realized I needed a system that included myself as part of the process.

Abigail’s Month of Wins

This month, some of my goals were things I regularly do even before joining the Accountability Accelerator Program, so it was easy to stay on track. However, the program gave me an extra push! Anytime I felt like defaulting, I reminded myself that I had to be accountable and that Coach Hope expects nothing less than excellence.

Coach Hope also always finds a way to break down goals whenever I feel stuck or unsure about my progress. Having this support has made being accountable feel natural and meaningful. It has helped me stay consistent, focused, and committed throughout the month.

One win I’m proud of is registering for a public speaking class with Coach Hope’s support, means a lot to me. Another win is still in progress, and I’m excited to see it through.
